Once I asked a client the same question. He looked at me, puzzled and replied, "Not heard of that. Is it like Ritalin?" I explained it was a social network for business people, a bit like Facebook, only a bit more serious. But is it? I've been a member of Linkedin for about 12 years now. I've got quite a few contacts. But am I using it correctly? Are you? Are we maximising on Linkedin's massive potential as a business lead generation tool?
