New Website Questionnaire

    1) Your name

    2) Your email address

    3) What ís the name of your Company?

    4) What does your company do? What are the products and services you offer?

    5) List the decision makers for this project

    6) What budget have you allocated for this project? Be honest and we will tell you what we can and can't do.

    7) Give us your main reasons for needing a new website.

It's helpful to set SMART goals as it keeps all of us on the same page and moving in the same direction. That is goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.

[eg: 20% increase in sales in 6 months, 30% increase in membership this year, reduce admin costs by 15% in 3 months]

With this in mind, what are the top 5 business needs of your new website?

    8) Is there anything about your current site that serves the business well and if so, why?

    9) Tell us about your ideal customer. Who are they? How old are they? What gender are they? Where do they hang out online? What are their interests?

    10) What are the top 5 reasons your ideal customer will visit your website?

[eg: research product information, get contact details, ask questions about services, pricing]

    11) Do your competitors have websites?

    12) Tell us about your competitors. Who else is competing for the attention of your ideal customer and what are they doing that you think is working?

    13) Are the any other websites in particular that you like the design of? Why?

    14) If we were to be celebrating a successful website strategy in 12 months time, what would that have to look like? How many website visitors? How many leads? How many sales? Be as descriptive as you possibly can.

    15) Anything else we should know?

    My Creative Process

    1. Initial Consultation

I learn about your business goals and where you're headed. You'll be liaising with me directly, by the way, not with some random account manager the sales department have assigned to manage your project along with all the others he's juggling with as well. I'll ask you all the right questions so I can quickly get to the bones of your requirements.

    2. Research + Discovery

With a firm understanding of the results you need, I shift into full-on "research mode" for your project. The deliverable at this phase is a project blueprint that outlines the strategic roadmap be it for a digital project or a print design project.

    3. Production (nuts & bolts)

This is where I create strategic designs and present to you with the mockup / draft of your website or print design project, followed by the development or delivery of your project. We'll remain in close contact as I design, develop, build or print your new project.

    4. Growth + Evolution + Support

With your new project published online or printed and delivered, I'll implement your inbound marketing strategy, lead capture and work on your website upkeep as outlined in the blueprint. With careful monitoring and ongoing optimisation, you'll see increased traffic, leads, and sales.
